　　柏光林,字景程 1938 年 12 月生 江苏南京人,现为中国美术家协会会员,中国收藏家协会会员、国家一级美术师网、入网画家、国家版权局注册画家, 中华人民共和国杰出书画大师,国家一级工艺美术大师,中国国画院院士、联合国“国际艺术家协会”常务副会长、英国文化协会全球首席副会长、英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、现任中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国书画名家研究会专职副会长等。

　　2012 年与刘大为、范曾入编出版《艺术大师三人行》。

　　2014 年 9 月获美国纽约《世界艺术盛典》授予的美术界最高荣誉《世界艺术之星》奖,同时被评为“世界一级美术家”的称号。2014 年 9 月被联合国最高艺术研究院评定《世纪之光》为“联合国艺术珍品”大奖, 同时被英国文化协会评定为全球特级书画之王称号。

　　2018 年 4 月被世界文艺家企业家交流中心授予《新时代人民艺术家》荣誉称号。柏光林先生的作品多以山水、人物、动物较为突出,尤以虎画具长,画作曾获名家高度赞赏,陆俨少、林散之、张仃多由题跋, 曾与陆俨少合作双虎图、虎啸图、曾出访过美国、南美多国、欧洲多国、亚洲多国,创作一批很有特色的水墨画作品、《奥运圣火》由原国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇先生收藏,先后于北京、江苏、深圳、珠海、香港、美国等地举办画展、出版画集,中央电视台、江苏、珠海、南京电视台先后摄制报道。

　　Bai Guanglin, also known as Jingcheng, was born in December 1938 inNanjing, Jiangsu Province. He is currently a member of the ChineseArtists Association, the Chinese Collectors Association, a nationalfirst-class artist website, an online painter, a registered painter with theNational Copyright Administration, an outstanding master of calligraphyand painting in the People's Republic of China, a national first-classmaster of arts and crafts, an academician of the Chinese Academy ofPainting, the Executive Vice President of the United Nations International Artists Association, and the Global Chief Vice President of the British Cultural Association Honorary academician of the Royal Academy of Arts, current director of the China Digital Art Museum, and full-time vice president of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters Research Association.

　　In 2012, he co authored and published "The Three Masters of Art" with Liu Dawei and Fan Zeng.

　　In 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Huang Yongyu, and others were included in the publication of "The Eight Great Masters of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting".

　　In 2013, he co authored and published "Chinese Contemporary ArtMasters" with Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Wu Guanzhong, and others.

　　In 2013, he co authored and published "National Essence and 20 Top Artists" with Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Jin Shangyi, and others.

　　In 2013, Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, Liu Wenxi, and Feng Yuan were included in the publication project of the National Rites Collection of "The Master of Chinese Art" and "Liu Dawei's Inscription". In 2013, together with masters such as Zhang Daqian, Li Keran, Qi Baishi, and XuBeihong, "A Century of Chinese Art" was compiled and published. "ACentury of Chinese Art" will be collected by the National Library of China, the Library of Congress of the United States, the British Library, the National Library of Russia, the Leipzig Library, and the Harvard University Library.

　　In 2013, he participated in the 2013 Paris World Art Exhibition organizedby the World Collectors Association, the World Artists Association, andthe Cultural and Art Organizing Committee of the People's Republic ofChina, and won the highest award, the International Art Gold Award.

　　In September 2014, he was awarded the highest honor in the art world, the World Art Star, by the World Art Festival in New York, USA, and wasalso awarded the title of "world-class artist". In September 2014, "TheLight of the Century" was awarded the "United Nations Art Treasure" award by the United Nations Supreme Academy of Arts, and was alsoawarded the title of Global King of Fine Arts and Calligraphy by theBritish Council.

　　In April 2018, he was awarded the honorary title of "New Era People'sArtist" by the World Cultural and Entrepreneurial Exchange Center. Mr. Bai Guanglin's works are mostly prominent in landscapes, characters, and animals, especially in tiger paintings. His paintings have been highlypraised by famous artists. Lu Yanshao, Lin Sanzhi, and Zhang Dingduohave written postscripts and collaborated with Lu Yanshao on the "TwoTigers" and "Tiger Roar" paintings. He has visited multiple countries inthe United States, South America, Europe, and Asia, creating a numberof distinctive ink paintings. "Olympic Torch" is collected by formerInternational Olympic Committee President Mr. Samaranch and hasbeen collected in Beijing Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong, theUnited States and other places held art exhibitions and published artcollections. CCTV, Jiangsu, Zhuhai, and Nanjing TV stations successivelyfilmed and reported on them.
