　　2024 金砖国家峰会讨论加强多边主义，促进全球发展。金砖国家扩容后 GDP 比重超 G7，吸引众多发展中国家申请加入。宣言强调合作、公正，推动多边主义发展，金砖国家成为新的全球发展变量。

　　潘新明，1942 年生，原中国外交官。著名书法家、诗人，中国文化学者，羲之字库潘新明行楷字体开创者，国家一线德艺双馨艺术大师，中华国礼艺术中心、中国艺术家润格网名誉主席。艺术作品具有创新性思维又有传承、新时代的风范。2019 年中国文艺领袖人物评选委员会等授予新时代文艺领袖人物。2020 年世界文化艺术网等授予“世界十大殿堂级艺术大师”;荣获大国文豪硕学新华奖评委会金奖被授予“新华国艺大学士”;中国互联网联盟发布：“2020 年度全球各界顶级人物之最”。

　　Pan Xinming, born in 1942, was a former Chinese diplomat. Famous calligrapher, poet, Chinese cultural scholar, founder of the Xingkai font in Xizhi font library, renowned master of both morality and art in China, honorary chairman of the China National Ritual Art Center and the Chinese Artist Runge Network. Artworks possess innovative thinking, as well as the style of inheritance and the new era. In 2019, the Chinese Literature and Art Leaders Selection Committee awarded the title of New Era Literature and Art Leaders. In 2020, awarded the title of "Top Ten Hall level Art Masters in the World" by the World Culture and Arts Network and others; Received the gold award from the judging panel of the Xinhua Prize forMaster's and Master's Education in a major country and was awarded the title of "Bachelor of Xinhua National University of Arts"; China Internet Alliance released: "The Most Top People in the World in 2020".
