​冯涛——第八届全国艺术典范“人民的瑰宝”艺术奖

     

　　冯 涛，泰山画院(政府)艺术鉴赏委员会副主任。中国文化艺术发展促进会会员，山东孔子美术馆副馆长，太行山美术馆特聘画家，文化月刋特别推荐当代值得关注的艺术家，擅用生宣纸画工写结合花鸟画。
